3 Months

Papillon is 3 months old
(as of yesterday)

The frightened face pictured above is "classic Papillon" that is for sure.
And don't forget to compare this month to month #2 and month #1

We have not been back to the doctor's since last month, but a home weigh in puts her at about 12.5 or 13 pounds. Not huge, that is for sure. But still eating and growing.

At 3 months Papillon....

....goes to bed between 8 and 9pm, gets a midnight snack at like 4am, and gets up for the day between 7 and 7:30am.

... officially naps! (sometimes!) After a meal, and then some playing (usually about 1.25 - 2 hours awake time) she goes down for a 35-45 minute nap in her crib. Or if we are out, she will still sleep in the car, the sling, the bouncy seat, whatever.

.... eats about every 2.5 hours during the day. (longer if we are lucky enough to get an hour long nap! It takes here any where from 10 - 45 minutes to eat. Depending on how hungry she is I suppose.

....has figured out how to suck on 1 or 2 fingers at a time rather than both her first simultaneously. (She still won't take a pacifier. Not complaining)

...wears 0-3 months clothes still. Though she is out growing them length-wise first. Lots of them still have a good amount of width left in them, but they get all stretched out at the neck when you snap them closed. For that reason, she has worn a few 3-6 month clothes.

....smiles all the time! And loves being around people. On a few occasions where she would previously have just fallen asleep in the sling, she now prefers to stay awake and watch people.

....and sneezes adorably.

Love the pictures! I love the picture next to the stuffed animal. I love doing those types of shots with my boys too around Christmas each year. It's so neat to watch how much they grow!
